Job Title: Assembly Technician
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an Assembly Technician, where you will play a critical role in the production of high-quality campers and trailers. You will be responsible for assembling components with precision and ensuring that all products meet our stringent quality standards.
Responsibilities
+ Prepare work by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists.
+ Gather parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials for assembly.
+ Position parts and subassemblies using templates or by reading measurements.
+ Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit and fastening parts.
+ Verify specifications by measuring completed components.
+ Resolve assembly problems by altering dimensions and notifying the supervisor as needed.
+ Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting malfunctions.
+ Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations.
+ Manage supplies inventory by checking stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.
+ Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies efficiently.
+ Document actions by completing production and quality forms and logging labor hours.
+ Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Essential Skills
+ Ability to read and use a measuring tape.
+ Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
+ Reliable transportation.
+ Willingness to work full-time and overtime.
+ Availability to work the 1st shift, starting between 5 am and 6 am.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in construction, manufacturing, or a similar labor-intensive field.
+ Familiarity with tape measures and hand tools.

Work Environment
Work in a hot and humid environment, exposed to fiberglass and foam. The lamination building is where side walls, ceilings, and floors for campers and trailers are assembled. Our facility is a 141,000 square foot, 22-acre campus that emphasizes safety and quality in all our products.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Lancaster, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.00/hr.
