    Job Title: Mill Machine Operator

    Job Description

    In this role, candidates will be responsible for reading blueprints and operating mill machines. They will utilize a computer for setups and changeovers on machines, troubleshoot, and run the machine. The role requires comfort with hand tools such as grinders, wrenches, and drills, as well as proficiency in using measuring devices and cutting aluminum.

    Responsibilities

    + Read and interpret blueprints for machine operation.

    + Operate and troubleshoot mill machines efficiently.

    + Perform setups and changeovers using a computer.

    + Utilize hand tools like grinders, wrenches, and drills.

    + Use measuring devices and cut aluminum.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in blueprint reading.

    + Experience with drill presses and laser equipment.

    + Strong troubleshooting skills.

    + Proficiency in CNC mill operation and milling.

    + Experience in production and fabrication.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with aluminum welding and fabrication.

    + Ability to perform changeovers efficiently.

    + Experience in drilling and grinding welds.

    + Ability to take accurate measurements.

    + Experience with hand and power tools.

    Work Environment

     

    The position is based in Murfreesboro, TN, operating on the 2nd shift from 4:00pm to 3:00am, Monday through Thursday, with possible work on Fridays. The facility is non-climate-controlled, and steel-toed boots, safety vests, safety glasses, and ear protection are required.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of NA, TN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.70 - $22.70/hr.

     

    Workplace Type

     

    This is a fully onsite position in Nashville,TN.
