Job Title: Technician

Job Description

Join our team as a Technician, where you will work on assembly lines building hydraulic pumps of various sizes for equipment used in the field. You will utilize hand and power tools to assemble components according to specifications and ensure the quality of the finished products.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble hydraulic pumps using hand and power tools, following detailed specifications.

+ Work on the same pump assembly line throughout the day and assist with other pump types as required.

+ Operate presses to finalize pump assembly.

+ Conduct quality testing of completed pumps in testing cells to ensure there are no leaks.

Essential Skills

+ Mechanical aptitude.

+ Experience with hand and power tools.

+ Ability to read and understand blueprints.

+ Previous industrial experience.

+ Reliable transportation.

+ Willingness to learn and self-motivation.

+ A great attitude and attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Previous manufacturing or assembly experience.

+ Ability to learn and cross-train across departments.

+ Knowledge in using measuring tools such as tape measures.

+ Experience with assembly line and pump assembly.

Work Environment

Our climate-controlled manufacturing facility operates on a Monday to Thursday schedule, with potential work on Friday if needed. We offer two shifts: 1st shift from 6 AM to 4 PM and 2nd shift from 8 PM to 6 AM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shawnee, Oklahoma.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.50/hr.
