Job Title: Commercial Framing Carpenter
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Framer to join our dynamic construction team. As a Commercial Framer, you will be responsible for various construction tasks including wood and steel stud framing, drywall tasks, and the installation of doors, hardware, and fixtures.
Responsibilities
+ Perform wood framing and steel stud framing tasks.
+ Conduct backing and blocking activities.
+ Install doors, hardware, vanities, cabinets, and fixtures.
+ Complete baseboards, casings, and window and door trim.
+ Perform drywall tasks such as hanging and taping.
+ Interpret and work from shop drawings and plans.
Essential Skills
+ 1+ years of carpentry experience.
+ Experience in commercial or residential construction.
+ Proficiency in framing (steel or stick) and finish carpentry tasks.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Capability to submit to a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in commercial construction.
+ Skills in steel stud framing.

Work Environment
You will be working Monday through Friday from 7 am to 5 pm, with some overtime required depending on job demands. The scope of work includes projects like restaurant and multi-family apartment builds, as well as hotels.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mankato, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
