    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform general accounting tasks, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.

    + Assist in month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

    + Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in compliance with company policies.

    + Prepare and analyze budgets, financial forecasts, and variance reports.

    + Support audits by compiling necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.

    + Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

    + Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations, laws, and standards.

    + Provide support for tax preparation and filing, working alongside external accountants as required.

    + Monitor and manage company cash flow and ensure financial stability.

    + Identify opportunities for process improvement within accounting functions.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

    + 3-5 years of experience as a general accountant or in a comparable role.

    + Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.

    + Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

    + Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and senior management
