    Client Service Associate – Wealth Management

    A rapidly growing investment advisory firm is seeking a Client Service Associate to join its high-performing team. This role offers hands-on experience in client relations, portfolio operations, and investment analysis, with access to cutting-edge tools like FactSet, Bloomberg, and Morningstar Direct.     Key Responsibilities

    + Deliver high-touch service to sophisticated clients

    + Process account openings, transfers, trades, and other transactions

    + Prepare performance reports and support client meetings

    + Maintain accurate client documentation and ensure compliance

    + Monitor client communications and portfolio needs

    + Reconcile client accounts with custodial records

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree required; Series 65 a plus

    + 5+ years of experience in financial services (wealth/asset management, brokerage, or banking)

    + Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred

    + Familiarity with Fidelity, Schwab, Black Diamond, and Morningstar is a plus

    + Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
