    Overview

     

    Lead the Way as an Aggregate Superintendent at Suncore Construction & Materials!

     

    Suncore is seeking anAggregate Superintendentwho will play a key role in overseeing operations, safety, quality, and compliance across our aggregate sites. In this position, you’ll be responsible for leading teams, managing equipment and production, ensuring environmental and safety standards are met, and helping drive continuous improvement across all areas of aggregate operations.     Things you will do:

    + Visualize, define, plan, communicate, and implement the company vision and core values.

    + Lead and maintain regular communication with site teams and assigned employees.

    + Oversee employee training, certifications, and development.

    + Manage recruitment, hiring, promotions, and corrective actions for your division.

    + Supervise equipment operation and coordinate proper maintenance schedules.

    + Track production metrics, analyze downtime, and drive performance improvements.

    + Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness at all assigned locations.

    + Ensure aggregate materials meet all quality and specification standards.

    + Oversee proper bank sloping and site reclamation in compliance with regulations.

    + Maintain a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

    + Create and manage budgets and production tracking spreadsheets.Maintain insurable driving record.

    Here's what we're looking for:

    + Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

    + Solid mechanical aptitude and understanding of aggregate equipment operations.

    + Ability to analyze financials and apply strategic thinking to drive results.

    + Experience managing maintenance and repairs in aggregate or heavy industry settings.

    + Working knowledge of aggregate materials and processing methods.

    + High school diploma or GED required; additional technical training a plus.

    + 10+ years of experience in aggregate operations or related field.
