Description

Robert Half is seeking an articulate and highly skilled Receptionist for a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity with a fast-growing and innovative company in the Minnesota region. What You’ll Do

+ Greet and assist visitors while managing a high volume of incoming calls

+ Handle mail processing, shipping, copying, and faxing of documents

+ Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed

+ Prepare and track expense reports

+ Keep process documentation and filing systems up to date

+ Schedule and coordinate meetings

+ Enter and maintain accurate data in software systems

+ Serve as the main point of contact for internal staff and external guests

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

+ 2+ years of reception or administrative experience

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

+ Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Strong communication and multitasking abilities
