Description We are looking for a skilled Data Reporting Analyst to join our team in New York, New York. This role involves analyzing complex datasets, creating impactful dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to support business strategies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and has a passion for presenting data in visually compelling formats.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize and communicate critical business insights.

• Conduct detailed quantitative analyses across various domains, including revenue management, forecasting, and digital optimization.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver customized data solutions.

• Present data findings through compelling visual narratives to support strategic decision-making.

• Utilize advanced SQL skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources.

• Take initiative in identifying opportunities for data-driven innovation and process improvement.

• Support data governance practices to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance data pipelines and systems, including tools like Snowflake and dbt.

• Apply knowledge of data modeling techniques using Python or R to develop predictive insights.

• Stay informed about industry trends in analytics and business intelligence to introduce new methodologies. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytical roles, with expertise in quantitative analysis and dashboard creation.

• Proficiency in Tableau and Microsoft SQL, with strong communication skills to share technical knowledge.

• Exposure to multiple analytic domains, such as segmentation, assortment, and digital optimization.

• Strong relationship management and presentation skills, with the ability to create visually impactful reports.

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and effectively manage ambiguity.

• Familiarity with data engineering tools like Snowflake, dbt, and airflow is a plus.
