    Description

    Key Responsibilities

    Training Strategy & Program Leadership

     

    + Develop and execute a company-wide training strategy aligned with organizational goals, including technical, compliance, and leadership development.

    + Manage multiple concurrent training programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities.

     

    Employee & Leadership Development

     

    + Design and facilitate development programs for all employee levels—from front-line manufacturing staff to supervisors and emerging leaders.

     

    Train-the-Trainer Programs

     

    + Create and deliver structured Train-the-Trainer programs tailored to production environments, ensuring consistent and scalable knowledge transfer.

     

    Instructional Design & Learning Delivery

     

    + Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create engaging, impactful training content.

    + Deliver high-impact training sessions in both live and virtual formats, utilizing strong facilitation and presentation skills.

     

    Training Measurement & Continuous Improvement

     

    + Evaluate training effectiveness using data-driven methods to assess performance improvements and return on investment (ROI).

    + Use insights to refine and enhance learning initiatives continuously.

     

    Learning Management System (LMS) Oversight

     

    + Manage the LMS to ensure content accuracy, user engagement, and effective reporting and tracking.

     

    Industry Best Practices

     

    + Stay current with trends in learning and development, integrating innovative solutions and methodologies into training programs.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

    + 5+ years of experience in a Training Manager or Learning & Development leadership role.

    + Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is strongly preferred.

    + Expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design, and facilitation.

    + Proven success in developing and delivering Train-the-Trainer programs for production teams.

    + Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

    + Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and ROI.

    + Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.

    + Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

    + Professional certifications (e.g., ATD, CPTD) are a plus.
