Description We are looking for a dedicated Systems Administrator to oversee and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure in Middleton, Wisconsin. In this role, you will ensure the seamless operation of servers, networks, and systems while addressing technical challenges and implementing upgrades. This position offers an excellent opportunity for those with a strong background in system administration to contribute to a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain servers, networks, and user accounts to ensure optimal performance.

• Conduct regular system monitoring and backups to safeguard data and enhance reliability.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity.

• Implement and support system upgrades, including hardware and software installations.

• Maintain security protocols to protect against unauthorized access and vulnerabilities.

• Collaborate with teams to optimize IT resources and address operational needs.

• Assist in the administration of virtualization platforms such as VMware.

• Provide user support and training on IT systems and tools.

• Document system configurations and procedures to streamline maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies to propose and implement improvements. Requirements • At least 3 years of experience in system administration.

• Proficiency in managing Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.

• Strong understanding of networking concepts, security practices, and backup solutions.

• Hands-on experience with Citrix and VMware platforms.

• Familiarity with Dell Technologies hardware and Windows 10.

• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA or VMware are preferred.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
