    Summary

    Dignitas is seeking a Range Operations Administrator to support the National Cyber Range Complex (NCRC) program in Charleston, SC. The Range Operations Leads/Staff activities include maintaining daily operations of the testbed infrastructure, including testbed buildouts and sanitizations.

     

    Applicants for this position must have Top Secret Security Clearance prior to starting. With ability to obtain Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.

    Essential Functions

    Resource management, planning of assignments and workload, compliance with system architecture and requirements, and provide on-time delivery of all required elements of customer test events such as on time Testbed Buildout, Sanitization, and ensuring that necessary EES resources are available for upcoming test events. Oversee the PMS (Property Management System) for GFP (Government Furnished Property). Oversee the management of Software Licenses in accordance with the Enterprise Software Licenses Management (SLM) Framework.

    Specific Required Skills

    Security+, Linux+, CCNA-Security, CISSP or equivalent certifications.

     

    Strong understanding of operating systems (Linux and Windows), applications, networks, with moderate to high level software and hardware troubleshooting skills.

     

    In-depth working knowledge of data centers, computer rooms, and operation of complex computing environments including certificate management for both servers and clients.

     

    Experience in maintaining physical and virtual servers.

     

    Desired Skills

     

    System Admin experience with network storage (NetApp SANs).

     

    Experience with VMWare / Deploying VHDs / Virtual Computing.

    No supervisory responsibilities.

     

    Work Location

     

    This is a full-time on-site position located at a customer site in Charleston, South Carolina.

     

    Travel

     

    No travel required.

     

    Required Education and Experience

     

    Bachelor's degree in related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education in addition to 5 years of professional experience

     

    Top Secret prior to start

     

    Additional Eligibility Qualifications

     

    Must be a US Citizen

     

    Must currently have Top Secret Level Security Clearance
