Your Career
As a Director, Domain Consulting, you will own the strategy, execution, and business impact of your organization—ensuring teams deliver technical excellence, drive pipeline growth, and accelerate customer value at scale.
You will lead Domain Consulting Managers and own scalable execution, cross-functional alignment, and measurable business outcomes. Your leadership will ensure domain consulting is a strategic differentiator in how we win, grow, and retain customers.
Your Impact
+ Own the strategy, structure, and performance of domain consulting teams—driving scalable technical impact and measurable contribution to pipeline, revenue growth and portfolio expansion
+ Partner with Solution Consulting and Sales leadership to connect technical strategy with opportunity execution
+ Manage and grow a high-performing team of Domain Consulting Managers and their teams, ensuring coverage, capability, and impact
+ Drive consistency across field engagement models including:
+ Technical validation and solution design
+ Post-sales adoption and customer success alignment
+ Strategic initiatives such as roadmap influence, enablement, and resource optimization
+ Instill a business-outcome mindset across your teams—ensuring technical engagements are tied to customer value, competitive differentiation, and account expansion
+ Serve as a senior escalation point for high-impact customer opportunities and cross-functional challenges
+ Ensure domain consulting teams are tightly aligned to opportunity thresholds, soft-gate triggers, and resource planning frameworks (aligned to market tiering)
+ Champion data-driven outcomes and regularly report on key technical KPIs such as proof-of-value (PoV) win rates, deal velocity, enablement ROI, and expansion success
+ Serve as a senior cross-functional partner to product, R&D, support, and enablement teams
+ Foster a culture of inclusion, talent development, and technical excellence
Your Experience
+ 12+ years of progressive experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or solution engineering
+ 5+ years overseeing people leaders and scaling technical teams across field organizations
+ 5+ years experience in sales engineering within SIEM, SOAR, SOC, and/or endpoint environments
+ Deep understanding of solution selling motions, including discovery, technical validation (e.g., PoVs), and post-sales lifecycle support
+ Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across functions—sales, product, engineering, and customer success—to shape strategy and drive outcomes
+ Experience influencing senior customer stakeholders on complex technical strategies
+ Track record of developing leaders, scaling teams, and growing diverse technical talent
+ Strong command of data and metrics to manage performance and optimize resource alignment
+ Experience operating in a matrixed, global enterprise environment
+ Willingness to travel up to 50%

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between **$312000 - $364500/YR** .
