Position Title Adjunct Faculty - Philosophy

FLSA Exempt

Full Time/Part Time Part Time

Salary PTEA

Hours Part-time, include requirement and total hours per week - up to 19.5 hours

Summary of Position

To instruct on campus daytime lecture classes as scheduled;

Minimum Required Education

Master’s Degree from a nationally, regionally, or identified at the state level accredited institution of higher education with 18 graduate hours in Philosophy required. Programs should be from a research based university. Minimum requirements would be eighteen graduate credits in philosophy including course work that aligns with Philosophy courses listed in the CTC college catalog

Minimum Required Experience

Prefer college level teaching experience in philosophy

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Demonstrated written and oral communications skills. Computer skills including WordPerfect, downloading and installing software, sending and receiving e-mails with attachments.
