    Perform immunological assays including T cell Elispots, T cell Proliferation, FACS analysis, FLOW sorting, Magnetic bead separation of immune cells, chlamydia mouse model work, tissue culture, PCR , mouse dissection and tissue harvest, preparation and staining of tissue for IHC , data analysis,

     

    manuscript writing, contribute to grant proposals with figures, and data presentations. Present data nationally and internationally, train graduate students and undergraduate students in lab techniques.
