Job Details

The Lead PSA must have 3-5 years of experience working in a physician practice. You will oversee front-end operations of the practice in partnership with the Office Manager. You will play a vital role in accommodating our patient's needs by providing exemplary customer service

Responsibilities:

+ Front office duties: greeting patients, answering phone, scheduling patient and verifying insurances.

+ Demonstrate knowledge of insurance issues effecting patient care

+ Duties related to patient care in a team-based care and integrative health environment.

+ Manage tasks for the Physician

+ Be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

+ Manage/Assist with projects associated wit the practice.

+ Order and Manage inventory for the department.

+ Promote professional development opportunities within the department.

+ Facilitate effective communication among staff members.

Requirements:

+ Knowledge of medical terminology, ability to maintain an image of professionalism in appearance and conduct at all times, understanding of medical office billing

+ High School Diploma or equivalent required

Salary Range

USD $19.21 - USD $26.90 /Hr.

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and position location. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
