The A/DACG Clerk will oversee and manage mobility operations in accordance with established guidelines, including DTR 4500.9-R, AR 525-93, and other applicable regulations. This position ensures the efficient operation of Arrival/Departure Airfield Control Group (A/DACG) functions, logistics coordination, and compliance with safety and hazardous materials regulations for personnel and equipment movement.

Responsibilities

+ Conduct mobility operations at the airfield.

+ Implement and manage A/DACG operations based on Unit Movement Planning procedures.

+ Ensure timely execution of movements as per the timelines established by the Air Wing and Air Mobility Command, or as directed.

+ Coordinate logistics support for the movement of personnel and equipment to and from Aerial Port of Embarkation (APOE) and Aerial Port of Debarkation (APOD).

+ Review and verify all Shippers Declaration for Dangerous Goods (SDDG) in compliance.

Qualifications

+ Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and meet deadlines established by supporting agencies and government representatives.

+ Familiarity with Office365.

+ Availability to work outside of regular hours as needed.

+ Safety shoes required. Carbon or steel toe with non-slip soles. Not provided by employer.

+ High school diploma or GED equivalent.

+ Valid driver's license.

+ Must be able to obtain CAC.

Desired Qualifications:

+ Minimum of 1 year of experience in airfield operations, logistics coordination, or related mobility operations.

+ Knowledge of DTR 4500.9-R, AR 525-93, and applicable logistics regulations.

+ Experience with airfield operations, personnel, and equipment movement.

+ 88N MOS.
