    Junior Recruiter (Sourcing Specialist) – Field & Corporate Talent Acquisition

    **Reports to** : Director of Talent Acquisition

    **Location:** Hybrid Chicago/Lincolnshire strongly preferred.

     

    Camping World is seeking a **Junior Recruiter** to support both **Field Operations** and **Corporate Hiring** . This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sourcing top talent, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews to deliver an exceptional hiring experience. This person must be a self-starter with a passion for career growth and advancement within the Recruiting Vertical.

    Responsibilities

    + Partner with Senior Recruiters and Hiring Managers to support high-volume recruiting needs across Field Operations (Dealerships, Retail Stores, Service & Maintenance) and Corporate functions.

    + Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates using job boards, social media, community outreach, and other creative channels.

    + Screen resumes and conducts initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

    + Schedule interviews across multiple locations and time zones, ensuring a smooth and timely process for candidates and hiring teams.

    + Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.

    + Track and report on recruiting metrics such as candidates contacted, interview screens completed, candidate interviews scheduled with Senior Recruiter or Hiring Manager and candidate pipeline activity.

    Qualifications

    + 2–4 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition support.

    + Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple requisitions and priorities.

    + Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.

    + A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

    + Experience with Workday, Phenom or other large ATS/CRM is a plus.

    + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

    Pay Range:

    $64,575.00-$94,185.00 Annual
