Job scope & responsibilities:
+ Support MOCVD process manufacturing and engineering activities on multi-wafer production reactors for high voltage devices.
+ Develop MOCVD recipe based on device structure & designs.
+ Troubleshoot MOCVD material growth issues.
+ Responsible for equipment performance metrics and productivity requirements
+ Ensure that all epitaxial materials meet the SPC requirements
+ Support and document production action plans and FMEA
+ Support yield and uptime improvement activities for ongoing epi wafer.
+ Interact closely with Device and Foundry Engineering groups to develop novel high voltage FETs for next generation low and high-power application.
+ The ideal candidate will be willing to support reactor maintenance activities.
+ Work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to good manufacturing practices.
Requirements:
+ Min of 5 years’ experience in MOCVD manufacturing of III-Vs nitrides materials.
+ Min of MS in Material Science or equivalent, Ph.D preferred.
+ The position is intended for a split week coverage, including partial weekend.
+ Experience with GaN material growth with Veeco’s MOCVD tools is preferred.
