    Hours Per Week: 40 hour/week

     

    Hiring Range : $60,465.60- $83,283.20

     

    The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

    Responsibilities:

    Data Management: •Collaborates with Quality on the data entry of Nursing Sensitive Indicators in NDNQI •Assists the Clinical Education Staff to provide learner outcome data of educational programs for program evaluation.

     

    Project Management: •Tracks project budgets by processing POs, invoices, and providing monthly updates to the leadership team to ensure expenses are aligned with FY budgets. • Creates correspondence, action items, reports, memorandums, special projects, and related materials • Creates high-level presentations and communication materials in collaboration with marketing using a variety of programs and media. • Supports the Nursing Organization with required documentation from meetings and initiatives for Pathways to Excellence program; maintains documentation.

     

    Clinical Education: •Assists staff with facilitating educational programs, including clinical orientation and in-service education. •Coordinates the administration of academic student management. Assures that the planning and event coordination are completed according to the established timeline and schedule. •Aid with the learning management system, reviewing course content, processing and analyzing reports, and general maintenance. •Coordinates the administration of academic student management.     Shared Governance: •Supports councils, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, setting up meeting rooms, preparing agendas, and record keeping.. •Assist council advisors and chairs with the coordination of shared governance activities.

     

    •May assist the Staffing Coordinator with nurse assignments and schedules. •Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required to accommodate all staff from throughout the organization. •Other duties as assigned

    Education, Training & Experience:

    •Associate Degree required, bachelor’s preferred. •Minimum of three years of experience with project management/ coordination, preferably in a healthcare setting. •Familiarity with nursing/medical terminology • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with databases, including, but not limited to, SharePoint, UKG, Microsoft Teams, etc
