What You’ll Do

As a Band Weld Packer, you’ll be part of our Stanley Black & Decker team located in East Longmeadow, MA. You’ll get to:

Pack band saw blades to get them ready to ship. Review materials when packing to ensure the material matches the cut tag. Quality check of material vs. order. Pack bands into the correct boxes as required by our standards in ISO or customer requirements. Close out the order, creating an LPN. Make labels and verify that they are proper for the bands and attach them to outer box. WMS is required to close orders. Stage completed orders to correct locations. Single orders go onto a conveyor. Multi line items are staged on a pallet until pallet is full. Once a pallet is full, deliver to staging location in the ship confirm area. At the beginning and end of shift refill storage box locations and empty trash. Responsible for general cleaning of the area at the end of each shift. Flex when needed with adequate training.
