Who we’re looking for

Toyota’s Supply Chain Tech & Transformation Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Senior Analyst. If you are passionate about continuously improving supply chain optimizing technology on behalf of our internal, team member customers, then this is the opportunity for you!

The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with and advocate for Demand & Supply operational users that impact daily distribution operations. In addition to the customer service element of this role, the Product Owner will serve as a critical leader within the scrum teams necessary to operate and enhance these solutions. Collaborating closely with our OneTech and Digital Innovation partners to manage and optimize our newly implemented technology, this Senior Analyst position serves as the frontline support for the Supply Chain organization in championing their respective products.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Tech & Transformation - Senior Manager, the person in this role will serve as the voice of the Team-Member / Customer for a variety of technical solutions based on the Supply Chain Organization’s needs.

What you’ll be doing

+ Set and communicate post-transformation product long term vision and strategy

+ Create, organize and prioritize the product backlog based on value and customer needs

+ Gather requirements and feedback from customers and other stakeholders

+ Provide clarity on user stories and features, answer questions, and ensure the development team understands requirements

+ Plan releases and coordinate sprints to ensure continuous delivery to maximize value

+ Support problem investigation and ad hoc requests for a diverse set of Supply Chain stakeholders

+ Work collaboratively with cross-functional groups across Toyota Motor North America (TMNA), One Tech, and Digital Innovation

What you bring

+ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Communications, Supply Chain or equivalent experience

+ Worked on or with Agile / Scrum teams

+ Experience leading cross-functional projects

+ Experience in supply chain function and organizations

+ Excellent organizational skills

+ Excellent customer service mindset

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

+ Strong communication skills both written and verbal

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

+ Travel up to 15%

+ Completed JKK and TBP through panel

+ Agile / Scrum Certified Product Owner

+ Big Data/Systems Experience

+ Toyota Supply Chain Experience

+ Familiar with Supply Chain Business Systems

+ Data Engineering or Data Management Background

+ Proficient in SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau/Power BI
