The Job:
As the Specified Agency Manager, you will be part of the Commercial Construction team working as a remote employee based out of Towson, MD. This role’s primary responsibility is to [Primary Responsibility from an overall perspective be the primary contact for the Anchors Representative Agencies and Stanley Black & Decker related business systems. Other responsibilities will include providing guidance, training, and insight through monthly updates enabling the Agencies to understand their numbers and attain sales goals. You will manage contractual obligations for each agency, with oversight from leadership.
You will also get to:
+ Manage day-to-day anchor agency relationships.
+ Driving sales/increased market share.
+ Ensuring the agency representatives are educated around our product and solutions offering.
+ Monthly Sales Reporting updates to individual agencies.
+ Plan and execute a Bi-annual principal meeting.
+ Planning and executing an annual Agency Training Meeting.
+ Manage network user profiles and access.
+ Manage branch IT issues (act as a conduit to solve problems).
+ Set up New SAP access accounts for branch associates.
+ Mirror appropriate field updates for agencies (NPD releases, Sales aids, Samples, Demo materials).
+ Owning Showpad ANF Experience landing page for updates.
+ Captaining the monthly number updates call with the entire group.
+ Quarterly business reviews.

+ Demonstrated Anchors sales experience and field sales experience
+ Channel marketing experience is a plus.
+ Experience Requirements in both years and areaM3 years with Anchor sales.
+ Jobsite or construction knowledge required.
+ Proficient in Microsoft applications; Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, CRM Tool.
+ Up to **30% Travel** .

The base pay range for this position in Maryland is $95,000 - $120,000 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
