Job Description

We are looking for an **Application Architect** to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions **.** This position will be a **full-time** **contract** and **onsite** in Tallahassee, FL **.**

What You’ll Do

+ Work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions

+ Involved in the full systems life cycle and responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting applications software that is delivered on time and within budget

+ Make recommendations towards the development of new code or the reuse of existing code

What You'll Need

•Required:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience

+ A minimum of two (2) years of programming/systems analysis experience

+ Experience working closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand and document business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions

+ Experience in the full systems life cycle and is responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting applications software that is delivered on time and within budget.

+ Experience making recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code

+ Highly proficient in both spoken and written English

Preferred:

+ Experience in systems analysis, design, development, and integration methodologies with Oracle databases

+ Experience in web application development using Web API

+ Experience in code development using JavaScript and related frameworks

+ Minimum of five (5) years of experience with Microsoft .Net framework to include Classic ASP

+ Able to work onsite in Tallahassee, Florida

Physical Demands

+ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards

+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

$58.00 - $62.00 per hour

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
