Responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing technology solutions to meet business needs. Act as a liaison between IT and other business units, ensuring technical developments align with organizational goals. Provide troubleshooting, technical support, system design, documentation, training, compliance.

The Work Itself
* Uses technical knowledge, creativity and company practices and priorities to obtain solutions to complex problems.
* Support prototyping activities that will validate business requirements, solution definition and minimize risk.
* Participating in the design, development, and implementation of new software or systems.
* May interface with senior management to convey information.
* Analyzing technical problems related to hardware, software, and network systems.
* Providing technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
* Researching and evaluating new technologies to enhance organizational efficiency.
* Documenting technical procedures and maintaining records of system performance.
* Collaborating with developers, system administrators, and business stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
* Assist in quality assurance and defining testing strategy and risks.
* Training users or colleagues on technical tools and systems.
* Ensuring compliance with company standards and information security policies.
The Skills You Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant field of study preferred. Or equivalent experience required.
* 3+ years of experience required (combination developer and analyst roles)
* Knowledge of system requirements definition processes and modeling methods and tools.
* Experience with software development and coding required (e.g., Java, Python, SQL).
* Experience in Finance/Commercial Lending business processes (Finastra’s Loan IQ software preferred)
* Familiarity with database management and cloud technologies.
* Technical project management experience.
* Understanding of cybersecurity practices.
* Knowledge of conceptual and logical systems and business process modeling.
* Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to apply general organizational knowledge of the business and systems processes in problem analysis.
* Ability to coach and mentor other lower level business systems analysts.

An individual's position in the range is determined by the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
