Your Role at KIK
Join our team as a **Lab Technician** , you will be responsible for monitoring production performance to ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards. Duties include testing raw materials and finished products for physical and chemical properties, maintaining laboratory cleanliness and organization. The role also involves documenting test results, supporting investigations and root cause analyses, ordering lab supplies, and performing additional tasks as assigned.
What You’ll Be Doing
+ Review of production line parameters and performance for adherence to Company Standard Operating Procedures, Quality Guidelines and Facility Procedures
+ Testing samples for physical and chemical properties for adherence to Quality Specifications
+ Include raw materials and Finished Products
+ Generating and shipping samples for outside analytical testing
+ Maintenance of the Quality Retain Program
+ Responsible for laboratory cleanliness and organization
+ Responsible for documentation of testing, holding product, internal investigations and root cause analysis
+ Ordering lab supplies
+ Maintenance of Instrument Calibration Program
+ Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring
+ **H** igh School Diploma and/or bachelor’s degree is preferred, or an equivalent degree or a high school diploma with 1 years as a Lab Analyst in a chemical manufacturing facility.
+ The ability to react with urgency to achieve objectives and deadlines despite obstacles and time pressures.
+ Safety Driven Individual, with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work cross-functionally with other departments.
+ Proficient with computers and software; SAP, MS Office, Excel, etc.
+ Logistics skills in planning, organizing and record keeping
