As a PCA, you’ll play an essential role in supporting both our patients and clinical staff, ensuring every visit runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. What You’ll Do:

+ Prepare and maintain exam rooms and ensure they're fully stocked

+ Record vital signs, perform EKGs and venipuncture, and assist with exams

+ Help manage patient flow and ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations

+ Support pre-visit planning, lab follow-ups, and referrals

+ Register patients and schedule appointments using Athena software

+ Maintain and log required inventory, specimens, and equipment readings

+ Collaborate with providers to ensure all EMR data and documentation is accurate and timely

?What We’re Looking For:

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) from an approved program

+ Phlebotomy and EKG training and certification

+ BCLS Certification and NYS Infection Control Certification

+ Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

+ Experience working with pediatric, adult, and women’s health populations
