Entry-Level Low Voltage Cabling Technician

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Low Voltage Cabling Technician to join our team at a cutting-edge data center in Summerville, SC. Schedule:

+ Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

+ Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

+ Total Hours: 58 hours/week

This is a physically demanding role that requires commitment, stamina, and a strong team-oriented mindset. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment where precision and reliability are key.

What You’ll Do:

+ Install, terminate, and test low voltage cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, fiber optic) in a data center environment

+ Assist with rack and stack of network equipment

+ Maintain cable organization and labeling standards

+ Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot connectivity issues

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion

+ Follow safety protocols and industry best practices

What We’re Looking For:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Strong interest in technology and infrastructure

+ Ability to work in physically active environments (lifting, climbing ladders, etc.)

+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Willingness to learn and take direction

+ Basic understanding of cabling tools and equipment is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
