About the Role

TEKsystems is hiring a Reimbursement Case Manager to support a healthcare program focused on pharmacy and medical benefit services. This role involves managing reimbursement workflows including benefits investigation, prior authorizations, and appeals support. You’ll be responsible for ensuring patients have access to prescribed therapies and navigating payer communications.

Key Responsibilities

+ Conduct medical and pharmacy benefit investigations

+ Facilitate documentation for prior authorizations and appeals

+ Communicate with payers, providers, and patients

+ Enroll patients in copay savings programs

+ Maintain accurate records and follow program SOPs

+ Escalate complex cases as needed

+ Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

+ 2+ years in reimbursement, insurance verification, and pharmacy benefit processes

+ Strong understanding of pharmacy benefits and reimbursement workflows

+ Experience with Salesforce and Quick Path

+ Prior experience in HUB or Patient Services

+ Comfortable with outbound calls and payer/provider communication

+ Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, VA, DoD

+ Must have a dedicated home office with internet speeds of 50mbps upload / 5mbps download

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
