The role of the Contract Manager-Information Services is to support, manage, and administer contracts for information technology services and products across the organization. This position is responsible for managing the process for new contracts from the intake process through execution. This includes confirmation of technical and business requirements, implementation, support, service and maintenance through the Information Services management team members. In addition, they ensure common legal language for Cook is addressed in the contract. This role reviews upcoming contract renewals and ensures the appropriate management team members evaluate the current product, pricing and agreement. Scope of Work:

The Vendor Contract Management Analyst will provide expert support in vendor contracting processes, contract lifecycle management and vendor performance analysis. Specific tasks may include:

Key Work Tasks:

• Assist in the drafting, review and administration of contracts.

• Manage contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments and terminations.

• Maintain accurate records in contract management systems.

• Provide status reporting on vendor contracts

• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of contracts with project needs

Deliverables:

The analyst will provide the following deliverables, including but not limited to:

• Collaboration with Vendor Contract Manager to draft weekly status updates on contract management activities

• Drafted and reviewed contract documents (as assigned)

• Process improvement recommendations for vendor management practices

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
