Job Title: Data Center Operation Manager
Job Brief: We are seeking a Data Center Operation Manager to lead TEKsystems’ Deployment & Operations program supporting datacenters across the region. You will own regional execution quality, safety, and schedule, while optimizing technical delivery in collaboration with Practice, Sales, and Delivery leadership. The role spans day to day data center operations (server installs, network change execution, incident response), stakeholder management, and continuous improvement—without compromising safety (OSHA 10/30). Prior hyperscale experience and GPU deployment/operations familiarity are important.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the success of regional Deployment & Operations programs for datacenters; ensure consistent, high quality delivery across whitespace and grey space.
• Optimize and grow the technical scope of the program while maintaining safety, quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with TEKsystems Practice, Sales, and Delivery to build strategies that scale proven successes and position TEKsystems as a trusted partner.
• Cultivate relationships with key customer stakeholders; communicate proactively, manage escalations end to end, and drive resolution.
• Oversee field execution for server installations, network updates, ticket/incident management, and GPU deployments to maintain uninterrupted services.
• Travel across the assigned region to coach teams, audit quality, and resolve issues onsite.
Minimum Qualifications
• Hyperscale data center experience (e.g., Microsoft or similar), including whitespace & grey space operations.
• Team leadership with demonstrated ownership of escalations and cross functional coordination.
• Working knowledge of network infrastructure and data center operations (installs, changes, troubleshooting).
• Safety: Understanding of OSHA and site EHS practices; OSHA 10 and/or 30.
• Ability to travel throughout the region.

• 3+ years of direct Datacenter Deployment & Operations Management experience.
• Project management experience; PMP/PRINCE2 preferred.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
