About the Ignite Sales Program:
Our Ignite Sales Program is a fast-paced, hands-on training and development track tailored for individuals who are passionate about sales and hungry to succeed. You’ll gain the tools, mentorship, and industry knowledge needed to thrive in the competitive world of mortgage lending.
What You’ll Do:
+ Learn the fundamentals of mortgage lending and sales strategy
+ Build relationships with prospective clients and referral partners
+ Guide customers through the loan application process with confidence and care
+ Collaborate with experienced loan officers and sales leaders
+ Meet and exceed performance goals in a supportive, high-energy environment
Who You Are:
+ A self-starter with a strong desire to succeed
+ Financially motivated and goal-oriented
+ Excellent communicator with a passion for helping others
