Workday Integration Engineer

Responsibilities
• Lead the design, development, and testing of Workday integrations for the Financials implementation.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather and document integration requirements.
• Coordinate integration testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolutions.
• Support vendor coordination for connected systems and ensure accountability across all integration touchpoints.
• Prepare and execute go-live cutover activities and provide post-production support for integrations.
• Remain engaged through future phases (Supply Chain and HCM) to ensure continuity, knowledge transfer, and support for post-go-live hyper-care.
• Adapt integration strategies to accommodate ongoing acquisitions and the evolving system landscape.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Workday Integration Consultant or Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, APIs, and Document Transformation.
• Experience implementing or supporting Workday Financials (preferred).
• Prior experience in healthcare environments and working with EMR or ERP systems is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills; ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
• Experience collaborating with implementation partners, vendors, and internal teams.
• Familiarity with Workday Supply Chain.
• Experience with HCM modules is a plus.
• Ability to navigate complex integration scenarios driven by acquisitions and system diversity.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $125.00 - $135.00/hr.
