As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Corporate Technology Business Enablement, Strategy, and Transformation Team, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm. Leveraging your deep knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential for developing innovative solutions, while simultaneously effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams. Your strong analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to navigate through ambiguity and change, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business goals. With advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities, you will foster productive working relationships and influence decision-making to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to the development of operational plans and risk management strategies, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering programs within a product management or technology organization, exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, and a passion for ideating and executing transformative solutions. Experience in business strategy, transformation, and program management is essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while driving results through influence and collaboration.
Job responsibilities
+ Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions
+ Serve as the internal strategy consultant and business partner to Infrastructure Platformed Product Management organization
+ Overseeing the planning, execution, and transformational programs and other organizational initiatives from ideation through execution
+ Demonstrate exceptional skill in crafting leadership presentations that distill complex topics into clear, compelling narratives through effective storytelling, utilizing PowerPoint and other visualization tools to drive understanding and engagement.
+ Fostering strong relationships with product, engineering and product operations teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of Strategy and Transformation initiatives
+ Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions
+ Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum
+ Partnering across teams to provide timely oversight and clear messaging for critical communications
+ Timely identification and appropriate evaluation of Risks and Issues with correct remedial action and planning to resolve allowing program's success.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
+ 8 -10 years of overall experience, including experience supporting senior leaders / executives in a large fast paced environment; Big four strategy consulting experience is preferred
+ Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
+ Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services
+ Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
+ Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
+ Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills. Ability to crisply articulate complex tough messages to senior audiences with poise and confidence
+ Proven experience in discretion in handling highly sensitive issues
