**Shift Times:** 2:30pm-11:00pm

**Pay:** $22.20 with $1.00 shift differential on 2nd shift.

Job Responsibilities:

+ This position will work be out on the production floor 70% of the time.

+ Works with Team Leaders and Team Members to monitor work in progress to assure conformance to productivity standards, standard yields, safe work procedures, HAACP, quality requirements, and food safety.

+ Coaches and trains new/existing employees to ensure conformance to productivity standards, standard yields, safe work procedures and quality requirements.

+ Completes new employee orientation.

+ Completes paperwork and assists with records filing as necessary.

+ Performs translation duties.

+ Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

+ Must be 18 years old

+ Must be willing to work overtime

+ Must be willing to work in a cold and wet environment

+ Must be authorized to work in the United States

+ Excellent communication skills: Written and Verbal

+ Proficient writing skills in both English and Karen

+ Ability to work different shifts when needed

+ Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment

+ 1 year of consistent work history

+ Basic computer skills
