This position is critical to ensuring operational excellence, driving efficiency, and enabling the seamless execution of global merchandising strategies. You will be responsible for driving operational efficiency in product and merchandising workflows by expertly aligning cross-functional and cross-regional teams.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in merchandising operations, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration, with a passion for supporting a global organization at scale. Key responsibilities include calendar management, collaborating with Supply Chain and Development to deliver market-ready products, and meticulous data management/hygiene to support flawless seasonal execution.Responsibilities:

Project Management: Manage the Americas product and merchandising calendar against all E2E milestones. Align cross-functional timelines, track milestone progress, and proactively manage bottlenecks, create contingency plans, and solve operational challenges as they arise.

Promotion Management: Project manage the yearly promotional strategy and own all related data management. Ensure accuracy within all promotional systems and collaborate with cross-functional partners on promotion execution.

Ad Hoc Analysis: Provide product reporting and analytics to drive data-informed decision-making in support of seasonal execution.

Process Improvements: Identify process gaps and implement solutions to streamline workflows. Work with the Americas Merch Leader to connect operational priorities with overarching merchandising strategies. Continuously refine governance via templates, standardization, etc.

Operational Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and execution of Americas merchandising operations strategies, aligning with corporate goals and regional needs. Establish and standardize processes for merchandise lifecycle management, including assortment planning, pricing, markdowns, promotions, and product flow.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global and regional merchandising, supply chain, sales, planning, and GTM teams to ensure alignment on merchandising priorities and timelines. Act as the primary liaison between merchandising and cross-functional operations teams to drive seamless execution.

Technology & Systems Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of merchandising systems. Collaborate with DT and external vendors to evaluate and deploy new tools and technology solutions. Provide training and support to Americas teams on merchandising systems and processes.

Qualifications:

7+ years of professional experience in merchandising operations, retail operations, or related roles, with proven leadership experience.

Strong understanding of merchandising processes, including product lifecycle management, GTM, assortment planning, and pricing.

Expertise in operational excellence, with a track record of managing complex workflows and identifying process improvements.

Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, calendars, timelines, and key deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to influence and drive alignment across cross-functional teams and diverse markets.

Commitment to data accuracy and governance, including advanced expertise in Excel.

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points)

Experience in omnichannel or digital retail operations.
