    Work You'll Do

    As a Project Delivery Specialist I on the project, you will:

    + Provide technical leadership to a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, guiding them through agile delivery models, and ensuring best practices throughout the solution lifecycle

    + Drive technical design sessions, architect end-to-end solutions, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and QA resources to align technical choices with business goals

    + Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce architectures, and produce detailed technical documentation

    + Core development responsibilities include designing and implementing complex applications using advanced Apex coding, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce declarative features

    + Oversee and direct the creation of integrations between Salesforce and external systems by leveraging APIs, web services, and point-to-point integration techniques

    + Enforce high code quality standards, optimize for performance and scalability, and uphold Salesforce development best practices through code reviews and continuous process improvement

    + Apply your understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and data model principles, alongside your ability to lead scrum teams by managing sprints, backlogs, and developer assignments.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

    + At least seven years of Salesforce development experience and three years in a technical lead or senior developer role.

    + Must have advanced proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integrating Salesforce with other systems via REST, SOAP, and point-to-point solutions

    + Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential

    + Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

    + Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

    Preferred:

    + Hands-on experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions related to grant management

    + Relevant Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect)

    + Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing frameworks

    + Experience supporting organizational change management and user training in Salesforce projects is also valued
