    About the Role

     

    Are you passionate about connecting skilled CDL A drivers and logistics professionals with rewarding careers — and building a strong employer brand across our Distribution Centers? We’re seeking aSenior Talent Acquisition Specialistto lead full-cycle recruiting efforts forCDL A Drivers, Warehouse Supervisors, Transportation Supervisors, Fleet Technicians, and other DC leadership rolesnationwide.

     

    This hybrid position is based out of one of ourdistribution centers, offering flexibility to work both onsite and remotely while supporting ourfield-based hiringstrategy.As a senior recruiter, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding — helping us hire the right people who keep our supply chain moving.

    Responsibilities

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Manage thefull recruiting lifecyclefor CDL A drivers and DC leadership positions across multiple Distribution Centers.

    + Partner closely withOperations and Transportation leadersto understand workforce needs, forecast staffing plans, and execute efficient recruiting strategies.

    + Develop and implement creativedriver-sourcing campaigns, including partnerships with CDL schools, job fairs, driver referral programs, and digital marketing outreach.

    + Build a strong pipeline of qualifiedlocal and regional driver candidates, maintaining proactive contact to meet current and future hiring needs.

    + Conductbehavioral and safety-focused interviewsto assess skills, qualifications, and fit for distribution environments.

    + Overseeoffer negotiations, background checks, MVR and safety verification, drug screening, and pre-employment onboarding coordination.

    + Partner with HR and Operations leaders to ensure compliance with DOT regulations, company policy, and local labor laws.

    + Maintain accurate and timely candidate data withinICIMS ATS, ensuring adherence to established TA processes.

    + Serve as asubject-matter expertand mentor to junior recruiters on driver and DC recruiting best practices.

    + Champion the company’semployer brandthrough strong community presence, CDL school partnerships, and exceptional candidate experience.

    Qualifications

    What You’ll Bring:

    + A bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of equivalent recruiting experienceis required.

    + 4–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experiencespecifically focused onCDL A drivers, warehouse, transportation, or distribution center roles.

    + Demonstrated experience withdriver outreach, referral programs, and community sourcing.

    + Strong understanding ofDOT requirementsanddriver qualification standards.

    + Skilled inMicrosoft Office Suite(Excel, PowerPoint, Word) andApplicant Tracking Systems(ICIMS preferred).

    + Excellentcommunication, organization, and relationship-buildingskills across all levels of the organization.

    + High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

    + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.

    + Have experiencerecruiting in supply-chain, logistics, or foodservice distributionenvironments.

    + Bring innovative ideas fordriver engagement, retention, and community outreach.

    + Have supportedmulti-site operationsor worked within aDOTsafety-regulatedenvironment.

    + Are passionate about creating abest-in-class candidate experiencefor essential frontline workers.

     

    Compensation:The base pay range for this position is $75,000.00 - $90,000 annually, plus bonus potential. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We also offer a comprehensive package of benefits.

     

    Schedule:This role ishybrid, with2-3 days per week onsiteat our distribution center and the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week.

     

    Locations: Bellingham, MA Preferred. Will consider the following locations based on our distribution centers: Burleson, TX, McDonough, GA, Groveland, FL, Lockport, IL, Phoenix, AZ, Twinsburg, OH, Greensboro, NC, Colonie, NY
