    Our client, a _world-leading_ medical device company focused on improving lives through innovative, consumer-centered solutions is seeking an **EHS Lead** ! The EHS Lead oversees all environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure compliance, minimize risk, and promote a strong safety culture.

     

    Located in Fairfield County, CT

    Direct Hire; 100% Onsite

    **Pay:** $120k-140k (10% annual bonus)

    Key Responsibilities

    + Implement and manage EHS policies, procedures, and training across all locations.

    + Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards.

    + Lead safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations; drive corrective actions.

    + Develop and track EHS metrics, reports, and improvement initiatives.

    + Collaborate with site leadership and serve as liaison with regulatory agencies.

    + Manage emergency preparedness and behavior-based safety programs.

    + Supervise and mentor EHS staff.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.

    + 5–7 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting.

    + Knowledge of OSHA and ISO 45001; CSP, CIH, or NEBOSH certification preferred.

    + Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
