Northrop Grumman Mission Systems sector is seeking a Director of Business Operations to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals located in Linthicum, MD.
The Director of Mission Next (MN) Business Operations will partner closely with the VPGM for the division, as well as the extended leadership team to manage all business operational aspects of the MN organization. Position responsibilities include:
+ Support the Division GM in preparation of Sector and Corporate reporting to include business growth objectives, LRSP, affordability & other strategic initiatives
+ Lead the development and tracking of Division goals & objectives and ensure integration into Sector Objectives
+ Lead the development of Division All Hands and other org-wide communication
+ Manage and coordinate interface across the MN Business Units in support of activities between campuses including but not limited to Monthly Manufacturing Reporting, Business Unit Reviews, Site Visits, Staff Meetings, Quarterly Team Meetings & Strategy Sessions
+ Oversee campus Workforce Engagement activities for cross Division collaboration opportunities
+ Facilitate the allocation and management of capital funds for the Division
+ Lead special assignments and initiatives within MN
+ Collaborate with peer Business Operation leaders across the Sector on Sector-wide initiatives
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, science or engineering discipline and 8-10 years of experience in PM, OPM, functional management, IPT Lead or similar experience
+ Excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)
+ Demonstrated ability to set objectives, project manage and manage teams to meet budgets and schedules
+ Demonstrated ability to drive change and continuous improvement
+ Knowledge of financial management and financial reporting tools/systems
+ Minimum of an active DoW Secret with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI; or DoE equivalent **(no clearance or inactive clearances cannot be considered)**
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Demonstrated experience with cross campus or multi-discipline collaboration
+ Active DoW TS or DoE equivalent

Primary Level Salary Range: $207,400.00 - $311,000.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
