Nurse Manager – Living Center South, Geneva, NY

The Living Center South at Geneva General Hospital, part of Finger Lakes Health, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Manager to join our leadership team.

This is an incredible opportunity for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about long-term care and eager to lead a skilled, dedicated team committed to providing exceptional care to our residents.

What You’ll Do

+ Provide leadership and direction to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs within a supportive, collaborative environment

+ Champion a culture of safety, respect, and compassion grounded in relationship-based care

+ Drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

+ Support staff development through mentoring, coaching, and education

+ Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and daily clinical operations

+ Foster teamwork and communication across departments to ensure continuity of care

+ Maintain compliance with all DOH and regulatory standards

What You’ll Bring

+ Education: Graduate from an accredited RN program (BSN or MSN preferred)

+ Experience: Minimum 2 years of nursing or LTC experience; leadership experience preferred

+ License: Current NYS Registered Nurse license

+ Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

+ A commitment to quality, compassion, and teamwork

Preferred Skills

+ Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

+ Familiarity with Meditech and healthcare management systems

Salary based on Nurse Manager Experience: $89,000.00-$105,000.00
