Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IE Co-op to join our BPS (Bosch Production System) and TEF6 (Technical Function) team in Fountain Inn, United States. This cooperative education opportunity will provide hands-on experience in business process systems and industrial engineering applications, allowing you to apply your academic knowledge to real-world scenarios.

+ Assist in analyzing and documenting business processes using BPS methodologies

+ Support the TEF6 IE group with time studies, AutoCAD and SolidWorks designs, and project work as needed

+ Collect and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions

+ Prepare reports and presentations on project findings and recommendations

+ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

+ Assist in the development of operator work instructions as needed

+ Support the team in various industrial engineering projects as needed

Qualifications

+ Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field

+ Minimum GPA 3.0

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

+ Basic understanding of business process analysis and industrial engineering principles

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

+ Enthusiasm for learning and applying new concepts in a professional setting

+ Relevant coursework or academic projects in process improvement, data analysis, or industrial engineering

+ Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
