Job Summary
Should have 6-10 years of experience in Windchill L2/L3 support
Provide Tier 2/3 support for Windchill PLM users resolving issues related to performance access and functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve Windchill errors workflow failures and integration issues.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineering IT and business teams to gather requirements and deliver PLM solutions.
Document support cases resolutions and system changes for knowledge base development.
Perform system configuration upgrades patches and performance tuning.
Manage Windchill modules such as PDMLink ProjectLink PartsLink and MPMLink.
Administer user roles access controls and security policies.
Monitor system health logs and backups to ensure high availability and data integrity.
Develop and maintain scripts for automation and system monitoring.
Support integrations with ERP CAD and other enterprise systems.
Customize Windchill workflows lifecycles and UI components using Java Info*Engine and XML.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement enhancements and resolve escalated issues.
Certifications Required
Windchill Certification will be advantage
