PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
As Premium Hub CoE (Center of Expertise), a delivery unit in the Customer Services & Delivery board area, we provide premium services to SAP’s largest strategic customers operating on the most complex SAP landscapes. They interact with individuals at every level of the customer’s organization, from subject matter experts to executives, to meet the customer’s digital transformation and innovation needs.
The CoE Business Process Consultant is a demanding role that requires passionate individuals with the strongest technical expertise and excellent analytical and communication skills. In this role, you will be tasked with planning, architecting, analyzing, optimizing, and safeguarding our customers’ SAP solutions. You will provide premium services and mission-critical support to help SAP customers realize their digital transformation and innovation agenda and ensure business continuity during solution implementations. You will also oversee the smooth operation of SAP software and the optimal technical performance of all business processes.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
Since you will be working directly with our large strategic customers, we are looking for candidates with a strong SAP technical background and a special interest in technical integration topics.
+ SAP Cloud Integration Technology: SAP Integration Suite, Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh, Advanced Event Mesh, etc.
+ SAP B2B Integration: SAP Integration Advisor, Partner Directory, B2B Add-on, Trading Partner Management.
+ SAP API-led Integration: SOAP Web Service, ODATA, REST, SAP API Extensibility, AIF, etc.
+ SAP Integration Technology: ALE, IDocs, RFC, Process Integration/Orchestration, etc.
+ SAP Cloud ERP and SaaS Integration: Integration knowledge with S/4HANA Public or Private Edition, Experience with SAP and/or non-SAP cloud applications integration.
+ Integration Security: Transport-level security, Encryption, OAuth, Principal Propagation, etc.
+ Overall SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) knowledge
The tasks include:
+ Delivery of Onsite & Remote services, including Safeguarding, Optimization, Assessment, Technical Integration/ Validation, Empowering trainings and workshops with the focus on end-to-end integration.
+ Support the full lifecycle of an SAP implementation project, including strategy definition, project implementation, authorization control, configuration, maintenance, and guidance on Best Practices.
+ Designing SAP security strategies for customers' SAP On-premise, Hybrid, and Cloud environments.
+ Lead and guide other team members to ensure the overall successful delivery of customer-specific solution implementations for SAP Solutions.
+ Working as a De-Escalate Architect to handle critical customer escalations, including performing root cause analysis in complex environments.
WORK EXPERIENCE
+ More than 5 years of SAP technical integration experience
+ Master at least 2-3 integration areas/products listed above
+ Strong development experience with Java, ABAP, Groovy, etc.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
+ Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science/ Physics/Mathematics/Engineering or related discipline
+ Excellent customer focus, teamwork, and adaptability
+ Fluency in written and spoken English

**Compensation Range Transparency** : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 94000 - 159900(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
