    Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for a **Senior .NET Developer – Angular/React- Onsite** to join the team of IT professionals in a role.     Location** – **Hartford, CT

    Required Qualifications:

    + Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Angular React Js and .Net Core

    + Solid understanding of Java frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate) and RESTful API development.

    • Collaborate with offshore teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance customer experience.

    + Ensure code quality and maintainability by conducting regular code reviews and adhering to best practices

    + Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues to ensure smooth operation of applications

    + Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions

    + Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment

    + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge

    + Contribute to the development of technical documentation to support software applications

    • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members to foster a collaborative work environment.

    + Work closely with product managers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Ensure timely delivery of projects by effectively managing time and resources.

    Responsibilities:

    + Possess strong proficiency in Angular React Js and .Net Core with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

    + Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

    + Have experience in agile development methodologies and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

    Salary and Other Compensation:

    The annual salary for the position is between $ 94,000– $ 107,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

     

    This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
