    OPS (Temporary) CUSTODIAL WORKER

    This is a 20 hour a week position

     

    Paid Bi-weekly

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Must be willing and able to work weekends and holidays as required.

    + Must be willing and able to work at least 20 hours a week.

    + Must be willing and able to lift 50 pounds.

    + Must be willing and able to work in Lake City, Florida

    + Successful completion of the due diligence process to include, but not ‎limited to, a ‎Level II background check and drug test

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Have at least one (1) year cleaning experience in a commercial building

    POSITION DESCRIPTION:

    Incumbent will report directly to the House Keeping and Laundry Manager with primary responsibility for but not limited to cleaning of all common areas and resident rooms.

     

    + Monitor equipment, furniture and fixtures and report any faulty findings

    + Clean all resident common areas, resident rooms, windows, all porches, & interior areas as assigned

    + Empty and clean trashcans, straightening & moving of furniture, dust mopping, and wet mopping

    + Pressure wash porches and exterior building

    + Clean window and door glass in assigned areas

    + Perform other custodial duties as required

     

    This is an OPS (Other Personal Services) position
