    Role Overview:

    Responsibilities:

    + Deliver direct speech therapy services to assigned students virtually.

    + Conduct and participate in ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings.

    + Complete evaluations and re-evaluations as required.

    + Submit quarterly progress reports for all assigned students.

    + Maintain accurate and timely service logs for all sessions.

    Support Structure:

    + No SLPA (Speech-Language Pathology Assistant) support is provided.

    + Speech paraprofessionals may assist only in a limited capacity (e.g., pulling students out for sessions), but do not deliver therapy.

    Caseload & Schedule:

    + Caseload: 50–60 students, with a Amergisum of 70.

    + Hours: Up to 40 hours per week.

    + Assignments are based on priority of need, not by campus location. SLPs will NOT get to choose their location.

    + Kipp will not be responsible for technology
