Salary: $23 / Hour

The School Aide is an individual who works with students requiring instructional, and behavioral assistance under the supervision of the special education department and/or supervising designee. The School Aide may also provide support services to assist students with personal, physical mobility and therapeutic care needs, as established by a rehabilitation health practitioner, social worker or other health care professional. The school aide must help with redirecting behaviors to help with the student's academic goals.

Our immediate opportunities work as a flexible on-call substitute on-site schedule within your commute comfort, weekly pay and Monday – Friday open scheduling within school hours. Day schedule: Around 8am to around 3pm - depending on grade level working with.

These roles are flexible, with scheduling alerts sent as early as the day before or morning of (around 7am). Substitutes who are reliable and communicative often transition into full-time roles as needs arise.

Minimum Requirements:

+ High School diploma or equivalent required

+ Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred

+ Current CPR if applicable

+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age

+ Punctual & communicative

The actual pay offered to a successful candidate will take into account a wide range of factors, including but not limited to location, experience, and other variable factors.
