    + Providing high-quality care to individuals with developmental disabilities

    + Supporting daily living activities and personal care needs

    + Promoting independence and personal growth

    + Maintaining a safe, respectful, and nurturing home environment

    + You’re 18+ with at least one year of caregiving experience

    + You have reliable transportation

    + You hold a high school diploma/GED

    + You can pass a background check

    + You bring empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to quality care
