As a Sr Manufacturing Engineer here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage the plant's Manufacturing Engineering function. Your role will involve driving operational excellence and ensuring the implementation of efficient manufacturing processes at the site. You will collaborate with cross-functional leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

+ Provide strategic direction and leadership in manufacturing engineering

+ Oversee and manage the manufacturing engineering activities

+ Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing efficiency, quality, and productivity

+ Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing processes

+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance

+ Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements

YOU MUST HAVE

+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics

+ 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering

+ Expert knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies

+ Advanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering)

+ Strong leadership skills and ability to drive results
